Fáilte Ireland has developed the Ireland’s Ancient East Champions Programme to  help enhance customer service skills and build local product knowledge. The  programme will combine Know Your Destination and Inclusive Customer service. 

Frontline professionals, from taxi companies, pubs, restaurants, accommodation  businesses, social enterprises, festivals, community volunteers, and anyone who  engages with visitors, are invited to register for our free Champions Programme  workshop for Cork City. 

Tuesday, 10th March: 10.00am – 1.00pm (Registration from 9.30am) Venue: Nano Nagle Place, Douglas Street, Cork
