We are delighted to invite you to our next CBA Networking Evening, hosted in partnership with Network Cork and CBA Member, Cork City FC. 

Join us on Thursday, September 3rd at Cyprus Avenue, Old Oak for an evening exploring leadership, performance and the business of building high-performing teams, with a unique insight from the world of elite women’s sport.

Our keynote speaker will be Carla Ward, Manager of the Republic of Ireland Women’s National Team, who will share her experience of leadership, team building and performance at the highest level.

Interview: Ruari O’Hagan, RedFM Sports Editor, will lead an in-depth conversation with Carla on leadership, culture, performance and building successful teams.

Following the interview, Carla will be joined on stage for a panel discussion featuring:

• Eva Mangan, Captain, Cork City FC Women’s Team
• Derek Coughlan, Manager, Cork City FC Women’s Team
• Niamh McCarthy, Paralympic and three-time World Championship medallist in discus throw and Network Cork Member

The discussion will look beyond sport to explore the lessons that apply to every organisation, from developing talent and creating strong team cultures to managing performance, overcoming challenges and achieving sustained success.

Networking from 6.30pm 

Join us from 6.30pm for an hour of networking, food and drinks hosted by Cypress Avenue.

There will also be an opportunity to meet our speakers, Cork City FC staff and members of the Cork City FC teams.
