Lisa McCarthy, Spectrum Display

Lisa is the owner of Spectrum Display, and a member of CBAs Safe & Clean committee, has over 20 years of experience in Visual Display… 11 of those years were spent with Debenhams as the Regional Visual Manager for Ireland, both on the ground with the stores and as part of the Creative & Marketing division. Lisa now works with a wide variety of businesses throughout the country offering services in Window Display, Merchandising, Training, Consultancy and Mentoring for large and small retailers and producers. Lisa also works with Local Enterprise Offices to support SME’s and is a lecturer at TU Dublin.

John Hayes, Cork City Council

John Hayes has served as Cork City Centre Coordinator with Cork City Council since summer 2021. With 27 years of experience at the council, John has worked across multiple departments, including Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, the Boundary Extension project team, and currently, the Strategic & Economic Development Directorate. His in-depth knowledge of the council’s operation are invaluable in his recent role. Over the past three years, he has actively collaborated with the Cork Business Association (CBA), local traders, and key stakeholders such as An Garda Síochána, Bus Éireann, Irish Rail, Community groups, and Cork Chamber. His focus has been on fostering and supporting city centre initiatives and partnerships to benefit the broader Cork community.

Adrienne Deasy, TS Events

Adrienne Deasy is a result oriented project and event manager. Following a successful career in retail, Adrienne now works with a number of businesses to elevate their events. Adrienne also works on numerous voluntary projects such as the CBA Annual Awards & Gala Dinner.

Sandra Looney, To Have and To Hold

Sandra Looney founded the award winning company, To Have and To Hold, a little over 13 years ago and has become one of the leading Wedding Planning and Venue Styling companies in the country. In 2020, Sandra expanded the business by adding the boutique shop, Flowers by To Have and To Hold, based on MacCurtain Street, creating a stylish floral emporium in the heart of the VQ.
